Many ordering platforms such as JustEat charge a commission on every order, these usually start from 14%. Our platform is on a monthly subscription based on the number of online orders your business receives. There's plans for 90, 250 and unlimited monthly orders. 
Website-App-Facebook
Our platform comes hosted on your own domain name created for your own restaurant. You also get a mobile app for Android and ios available in the Google Play Store and the App Store. There's also a Facebook integration which allows your customers to order from your restaurant directly from Facebook.
Online/Cash Payments
You can give your customers who order online the option of paying online by card or on collection/delivery by cash. For online payments you can choose Stripe or PayPal. Their processing fees will apply to all card payments. 
Delivery Options
You can set various delivery zones with minimum order values and delivery charges. Delivery times which vary to the restaurant opening hours is also possible.
Order Management
Orders can be managed from the backend of the system through any device connected to the internet. There's an app available for smartphones and tablets. You can choose to accept orders automatically or you can manually approve all orders that are received. Once orders have been accepted they can be automatically printed. 
Domains, hosting & maintenance
If you already have a domain name we can connect to your existing domain name. We can also provide a custom domain name for your restaurant. Hosting is included in the monthly subscription plans. We have a range of maintenance plans available for your new website and ordering system. 
User Friendly for Customers & Managers
Our system is user friendly for both customers and managers. It is easy to add or remove menu items with ease.
Delivery, set-up & on-site training
We are happy to deliver and set up the printer or tablet (if you've requested these optional add ons) in your premises. We can also provide on-site training to staff and managers.
24/7 Support
We understand that restaurants don't open 9-5 Monday - Friday so we're always available 7 days a week even in the evenings and night time if you've any questions or issues.
Local Enterprises Office Online Trading Voucher
Through your local enterprises office you can apply for a grant to cover 90% of the costs up to €2,500 of developing the e-commerce platform.
